Top 5 recruit Dexter Strickland attended MSU's midnight madness last year, coming all the way from New Jersey, and has said if he had to decide today, he would be headed to East Lansing. While Izzo rarely goes into Detroit and recruits, 5 Star Center DaShonte Riley from Country Day may be too good to pass up. MSU is one of his favorites, and with Suton and Gray graduating after 2008, MSU will need another big man to step in in 2009. DaShonte Riley could very well fit the bill. ANOTHER 5 Star from Wisconsin, Jamil Wilson is a Power Forward from Wisconsin that is far less likely to come to MSU than the others, but who knows. And the #26 ranked player by Rivals.com (Only 25 get 5 stars), Small Forward Richard Howell from Georgia was referred to Izzo by 2007 recruit Chris Allen. Howell listed MSU as a clear #1 earlier on. While he still loves MSU, other school have moved into the equation. MSU appears to have more recruiting momentum than ever before, ladies and gentlemen.
